2. Bookings & Agreement
A booking becomes confirmed once we send confirmation via:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including:

Passenger numbers
Luggage details
Valid contact information
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service provided.
3. Fares & Payments

4. Cancellations & Booking Changes

5. Waiting Time, Flight Delays & No-Shows
Waiting Time
Included waiting time and Meet & Greet services (where booked) will be confirmed at the time of booking.
No-Shows
If passengers cannot be contacted at the agreed pickup point within the allocated waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Flight Delays
Please notify us immediately of any flight delays or schedule changes.
We will try to adjust pickup times based on driver availability; however, additional waiting charges may apply.
6. Passenger Conduct & Luggage
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely during travel.
We reserve the right to refuse service without refund in cases involving:
Abusive behaviour
Threatening conduct
Illegal activity
Unsafe passenger behaviour
Luggage
Luggage allowances depend on vehicle type and safety limits. Oversized luggage or special items must be declared in advance.
Child Seats & Accessibility
Requests for child seats or accessibility assistance should be made at the time of booking and confirmed with our team.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.
Service Liability

Our maximum liability relating to any booking is limited to the total fare paid for that specific journey unless a greater amount is required by law.
